Development Services

Development Services including Planning, Building Inspection and Bylaw Enforcement are provided by contract through the Thompson Nicola Regional District.

Zoning has existed through the TNRD, see the documents section for the most recent version of Zoning Bylaw No. 0940. This bylaw establishes regulations related to the permitted use of land within the District as well as requirements addressing maximum density, height, setbacks, lot coverage, and on-site parking.
