Please be advised that the Council of the District of Clearwater will be holding the 2008 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING and will be considering the 2008 ANNUAL REPORT as part of their Regular Council meeting on:

in the Council Chambers
132 Station Road, Clearwater, B.C.
 
Copies of the 2008 ANNUAL REPORT were made available to members of the public at a Town Hall meeting on June 23, 2009.  Copies of the 2008 ANNUAL REPORT are also available for public inspection during regular office hours at the District Hall, 132 Station Road, Clearwater, B.C.  A copy has also been posted on the District’s website at www.districtofclearwater.com.  This notice is given in accordance with Section 99 of the Community Charter.
