Information Meeting: Well No. 3 Alternative Approval Process

Take notice that an information session will be held for property owners that are on the District of Clearwater water system. The establishment of a Loan Authorization Bylaw in the amount of $315,821 for the construction of Well No. 3 which includes a 300mm water supply line for the purposes of improving fire flows is proposed. The District is holding an Alternative Approval Process to provide property owners in the water service area an opportunity to vote in opposition to the establishment of this bylaw. A public information session will be held at the Dutch Lake Community Centre on September 13, 2017 at 7:00pm. The public information session provides an opportunity for those property owners within the water service area to hear from the District’s engineers and ask questions regarding the Well project.

How do I know if I am in the water service area? If you pay a water parcel tax you are in the water service area. *Please note that a mailout will be in your mail box shortly.
