Press Release: Clearwater Station Bridge Reopens to Traffic
Clearwater, BC – October 16, 2024
The District of Clearwater is pleased to announce that the Clearwater Station Bridge (Blue Bridge) has now reopened to vehicle traffic following the successful completion of essential structural repairs. The bridge is fully operational and accessible to both vehicles and pedestrians as of today October 16, 2024.
We want to thank all residents and commuters for their patience and cooperation during the bridge closure period. The repairs were necessary to ensure the long-term safety and stability of this important infrastructure, and we are pleased that the work was completed on schedule.
The Little Fort Ferry and pedestrian access will continue to operate as usual. We also extend our thanks to Yellowhead Community Services for providing additional transit options during the closure.
