2023-02-14 — The District of Clearwater requires the maintenance of 15 community properties. Required services of these properties may include:
- Landscaping and garden maintenance;
- Mowing and trimming;
- Maintaining irrigation systems;
- Locking and unlocking washroom facilities daily;
- Monitoring and reporting any vandalism;
- Cleaning up and disposal of debris and garbage;
- Liaising with District staff on any related park safety issues; and
- Completing and submitting weekly, inspection forms and daily washroom checklist
