NOTICE is hereby given that the Municipal Council of the District of Clearwater intends to hold a Special Council Meeting on Friday March 22, 2024, at 11:30 AM, at the District Office – Council Chambers, 209 Dutch Lake Road. Clearwater, B.C., V0E 1N2. This meeting is held under Section 3.4.4 of Bylaw No. 268, 2022 Council Procedure Bylaw. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Topics to be considered: • Items that will be closed to the public (In-Camera) subject to s. 90.1 (a) of the Community Charter to discuss information that is relating to personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality, (c) labour relations or other employee relations, and (i) the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
