During the April 7 Regular Council Meeting, Council accepted the Strategic Plan Priorities 2019–2022 as presented.
Strategic planning is an important step for the District of Clearwater to set priorities, allocate limited resources, provide direction for the budget process, measure success, guide the work of staff and communicate to our citizens. The strategic plan provides direction for the organization to focus on the initiatives and manage its resources to their greatest potential. View the Strategic Plan here.
