Due to the power outage and the increased turbidity in our creek water source the District of Clearwater advises the public that a Water Quality Advisory is being issued as a precautionary measure.
People with weakened or undeveloped immune systems may wish to boil water for at least one minute before consumption. This includes: elderly people, pregnant women and their unborn, children under the age of 2, people with AIDS, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease and people being treated with immuno-suppressing medications.
