Our response: If you live in Blackpool, you are outside of the municipal boundaries. If you have a concern on your road conditions, please contact the local Area Manager for the Ministry of Transportation at 250-587-6247. Anyone outside the District of Clearwater boundary pays taxes to the Province of BC and lives in the jurisdiction of Thompson Nicola Regional District (TNRD) Electoral Area A.
