Pursuant to Section 645 of the Local Government Act, the District of Clearwater was scheduled to hold its Annual Tax Sale on Monday, September 29, 2025. Please be advised that this sale has been cancelled, as the delinquent taxes on the final property have now been paid in full. Accordingly, there are no properties available for auction this year.
