RFQ-26-07: Architectural Conceptual Design Services – District Office Renovation
The District of Clearwater invites qualified architectural firms to submit a quotation to provide conceptual design services for the renovation of the District Office.
The intent of this project is to develop a conceptual design that will:
- Improve the separation between public and staff areas.
- Enhance security for staff.
- Maximize the use of the existing building space.
- Create additional office space and improve circulation for the public, staff, and elected officials.
The District has already retained Mechanical and Electrical consultants to support the conceptual design process. In addition, the District will complete a Hazardous Materials Assessment of the facility prior to renovation planning.
Working collaboratively with District staff and using an existing preliminary design as the foundation, the successful proponent will provide:
- Architectural demolition drawings.
- Architectural renovation drawings.
- Preliminary layout rendering(s).
- Conceptual Design Report.
- Class D cost estimate.
The quotation should include one site visit.
Proponents are also requested to provide a schedule of additional hourly rates.
