2026-03-05: Fire Department Master Plan – The District of Clearwater is looking for a consultant that will build a 10-year Fire Service Master Plan (FSMP) addressing emergency service delivery, staffing, infrastructure, apparatus, training, capital planning, and long-term sustainability. The Master Plan will also include directional, non-binding 10–20 year long-range considerations to support land use coordination and long-lead capital planning.
