The Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC) is a Council appointed committee that supports the implementation of public art in Clearwater. The PAAC provides recommendations to Council on public art opportunities, including acquisitions, community art projects, program priorities, and potential sites for future installations, with a focus on strengthening civic pride, cultural heritage, and community engagement.
