2024-09-24 – Due to the bridge closure for vehicles, the following transit stops have been added at the Clearwater Station Bridge (Blue Bridge). These will be in effect from Monday to Friday Oct 8-22.

In addition to these extra stops, the regular transit route already has stops throughout the day at the Post Office at 85 Clearwater Station Road. Please refer to the schedule in the Clearwater Rider’s Guide: https://www.bctransit.com/clearwater/schedules-and-maps/riders-guide/
There is also an “On-Request” time Monday to Friday, twice per day. This service operates from 10-11 am then again from 1:45-2:45 pm. This is usually for passengers that live within the District of Clearwater boundary where transportation is provided for their errand/appointment and return them within the hour. For the duration of the bridge closure we will make an exception and allow passengers to be picked up and dropped off at the Blue Bridge.
This service is first come first served, you need to book a minimum 24 hours before departure. Priority is given to those first to call and people with mobility challenges. For “On-Request” booking, contact (250) 674-3935 Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
All fares are $2 upon entering the bus, while children 12 and under ride for free. Fares are cash only and given to the driver at time of travel. Passengers need exact change as drivers do not carry cash.
Bus tickets are available for purchase from the driver or at Yellowhead Community Services. If you purchase a sheet of 10 two-dollar tickets, they are $18.
Our offices and transit systems are closed on Monday, October 14 for Thanksgiving.
