Council has adopted the 2026 Council and Standing Committee meeting schedule for the District of Clearwater. The schedule follows a three week cycle for most of the year, with Regular Council and Committee of the Whole meetings typically held on Tuesdays starting at 1:00 p.m.

A Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel on April 14 at 11:00 a.m., if required.

Recognition of the 2026 General Local Government Election on October 17.

An Inaugural Council Meeting for the next Council on November 10 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Council orientation session on November 17.
Council has also confirmed the 2026 Acting Mayor and Committee of the Whole Chairperson rotation. Each month, one Councillor will serve as Acting Mayor and chair Committee of the Whole meetings, with November and December to be confirmed by the next Council following the election.
