Monday to Friday 10 am – 2 pm
What do music and Aikido have in common? Harmony! Also concentration, timing, collaboration, fun, teamwork, focus, breathing, perseverance, practice, reward, learning from mistakes, performance/demonstration skills, self-discipline, size doesn’t matter, respect, cooperation, and etiquette. The Aiki-Rock day camp will provide Aikido and music education for youth ages 10 and up wanting to explore the martial and musical arts. Guitars will be provided, bring a lunch!
