All teens are welcome, all beliefs, genders and backgrounds.
We will be having group discussions on the following and more:
- personal development with interactive activities (participate at your comfort level)
- different beliefs and perspectives
- how to have productive mindsets and thought patterns
- healthy ways to communicate
- boundaries — clarifying what is and what isn’t your responsibility
- ideas on how to deal with fear, worries and stress
- understanding and practicing feelings/emotions
