Virtual Fitness Class

Drop in for FREE and follow along to a six-week low-impact program put together by Heather Robertson. Workouts range from 25-45 minutes and can be supplemented by other videos. Drop in anytime Monday-Thursday for access to all equipment and follow along to Heather’s workouts as they are shown on the projector.
