2022-10-20 — Notice from Interfor Adams Lake.
Please be advised of a temporary road frequency change in effect for Sock Lake FSR (Road 1) and the Mackenzie FSR on TFL 18 Clearwater effective midnight Monday, Oct. 24, 2022. The posted frequency will be RR3 and this will cover road sections including the Sock Lake FSR, Mackenzie FSR and a portion of Road 4. Signage will be posted at the intersections of Road 1 as well as the start and end of these road systems. All other road systems in the TFL 18 will be frequency RR27 as posted.
This frequency change is necessary to reduce the volume of traffic currently utilizing RR27 in the vicinity of the Camp 2 Road and TFL 18 to improve road user safety.
Interfor anticipates this temporary resource road frequency change will remain in effect until March 31, 2023.
