2022-10-14 — Interfor Adams Lake is advising residents that traffic on Raft River Road 9 will be affected due to temporary closures to the road and bridge from Friday, Oct. 14 through Friday, Oct. 21. During this time, crews will be on site performing necessary repairs and culvert replacement between 10 and 16 kilometres, requiring delays of up to one hour. Though industrial and recreational traffic is anticipated to be able to pass through this road section, it is advised by Interfor and the area supervisor that delays should be expected.
The bridge replacement at 28.5 kilometres on Road 9 is anticipated to be completed by Oct. 21.
